What a fleet costs on other inspection apps

Is CheckBadges really free?
Yes, for up to 3 active machines, with every feature, unlimited operators and checks, and no time limit. Add a 4th machine and you'll be asked to upgrade to Pro.
How is Pro priced?
Free for up to 3 machines. Pro is $9 a month for your first 3 machines, plus $1.50 a month for each machine after that. Operators and checks are unlimited on both. For example, 10 machines is $19.50 a month, 25 is $42 and 50 is $79.50.
Do I pay for each operator?
No. Operators are unlimited on both plans and never need an account, so a machine run by three shifts costs the same as one run by a single operator. You pay only for active machines.
What counts as a machine?
Anything with its own QR sticker and checklist: a forklift, a lift, a truck, a saw, a fire extinguisher cabinet. Archived machines don't count and keep their history.
What happens when I add or archive machines?
Your bill follows your active machines. Adding or archiving one adjusts the subscription, and the difference is prorated onto your next invoice.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
No. Pro is billed monthly, with no contract, setup fee or hardware to buy. Cancel any time from the billing portal.
What happens if I stop paying for Pro?
Nothing is deleted. If you have more than 3 machines, checks pause (operators are told to use paper and tell their supervisor) until you renew or archive down to 3.
Can I try Pro before I pay?
Yes. Set up your business with your real machines, print stickers and do checks before you sign up, with no limit on machines while you try it. Sign up when you're ready and everything is kept.
